
Department Operations Specialist

The Assistant Department Manager role involves supporting the day-to-day functions of their department while working closely with the team to ensure a great shopping experience for customers.
This includes engaging and role modeling ways to delight customers through everyday interactions, making safety a top priority for the team and customers, and providing strong support to the department team on a day-to-day basis.
The Assistant Department Manager will also work well with others through collaboration to achieve great outcomes and develop their own leadership style and skills to grow into a future leader.
Additionally, they will have opportunities to level up their skills through our Stores Leadership Pathway, which provides foundational skills through purposeful exposure, experience, and learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to engage and role model ways to delight customers through everyday interactions.
