Christian Primary Class Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to lead our primary class, fostering academic excellence and spiritual growth.
- Leadership Role: Provide pastoral care and leadership for a primary class, commencing daily devotions and closing the day with announcements and prayer.
- Curriculum Implementation: Plan, teach, assess, and report against the Australian Curriculum.
- Teaching Excellence: Offer excellent teaching and learning opportunities for students.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other staff to maintain a distinctive Christian education, motivating and aligning practice with the School's Vision, Mission & Values.
- Positive Learning Environment: Cultivate a positive and supportive learning environment where student achievements are acknowledged.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a committed Christian with a deep desire to serve Jesus.
- Demonstrates a passion for Biblically-based Christian education and teaching.
- Can motivate and inspire young people to achieve their potential, catering for students with a range of learning abilities.
- Has excellent interpersonal skills and experience in working with staff, parents, and students.
- Can solve problems, work flexibly, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Holds a current Teachers' Registration and Working with Vulnerable People Check.
