The Role
• Provide pastoral care and leadership for the Year 10 class.
• Plan, teach, assess and report on Year 10 English and Year 9 & 10 History and Social Studies.
• Foster excellent teaching and learning opportunities for students by collaborating with other staff members to maintain a distinctive Christian education practice aligned with the school's Vision, Mission & Values.
• Encourage students in a positive and supportive learning environment where student achievements are acknowledged.

You
• Are a committed Christian teacher with a deep desire to serve Jesus.
• Demonstrate a passion for Biblically-based Christian education & teaching.
• Motivate and inspire young people to achieve their potential, catering for students with a range of learning abilities.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and experience in working with staff, parents and students.
• Demonstrate problem solving, flexibility, priority setting and time management abilities.
• Hold a current Teachers' Registration and Working with Vulnerable People Check.
