Senior Safety Graduate

We are seeking a Graduate Health and Safety Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term basis. As a key member of our safety team, you will assist with the implementation and maintenance of health and safety processes and initiatives.
The RoleYou will work closely with our operational teams to provide site-level support and assistance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing an in-depth understanding of our manufacturing operations
- Supporting the delivery of our health and safety management system
- Assisting sites in meeting their health and safety compliance obligations
- Providing senior leadership exposure and building relationships with site leaders and executive teams
- Mentoring and career development support
- Conducting risk assessments and developing critical thinking skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to travel to various manufacturing facilities
