Wind Farm Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Wind Farm Operations Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of wind farm operations, including maintenance, repair, and optimization of turbine performance.

Job Description:

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the wind farm, ensuring that all turbines are running efficiently and effectively. This includes coordinating with site technicians, managing maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve turbine performance and reduce downtime.

You will work closely with our engineering team to develop and implement best practices for maintenance and repair, and will be responsible for ensuring that all site personnel have the necessary training and resources to perform their jobs effectively.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in wind industry operations, with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. You will also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
