Leadership Role in Construction Finance

We are seeking a skilled finance professional to lead our construction division's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing finance teams and driving business growth.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead Financial Operations: Oversee the financial activities of the construction division, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage Finance Teams: Lead a team of accounting professionals in system accounting, compliance, and finance projects.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including IT, sales, and finance leaders.
  • Drive Business Growth: Design and implement improvements to financial processes and systems to drive business growth.
Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate is a CA/CPA-qualified professional with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Experience in a multinational organisation, preferably in manufacturing or construction, is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Pronto accounting software is advantageous.
