We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in our Sydney warehouse.

About the Role:
  • Transport equipment and materials across the Sydney metro area for timely and secure deliveries.
  • Assist with efficient delivery handling, including loading, unloading, and stock organisation.
  • Support office coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organised warehouse while following safety procedures.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues.
  • Collaborate with operations teams for delivery and warehouse support.
  • Adhere to all Work Health and Safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • A current driver's licence and experience driving a ute and towing a box trailer.
  • A valid White Card for NSW.
  • A current forklift licence or be willing to obtain one.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, stock handling, and fast-paced delivery environments.
  • A strong understanding of Work Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • The ability to prioritise, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for working independently and within a team.
