Job Title: Retail Sales Professional

We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused retail sales professional to work in a fast-paced kiosk environment. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, selling and validating Lotterywest products, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by being approachable, courteous, and efficient
  • Sell and validate Lotterywest products using terminal systems with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions securely and accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing kiosk area that promotes a positive shopping experience
  • Adhere to Lotterywest procedures and responsible gambling guidelines at all times
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or cash handling with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a high level of trustworthiness
  • Able to work independently and take initiative when necessary
