Job Overview

We are currently seeking an accomplished healthcare operations executive to manage the daily activities of our clinic and provide high-level support to our chief executive officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring seamless execution and excellent patient care.
  • Provide senior administrative support to the CEO, encompassing scheduling, travel arrangements, project management and other related tasks.
  • Manage financial duties, including payment processing, invoicing, account settlements and claim submissions.
  • Evaluate and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and enhance patient satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Significant experience in healthcare management or clinical administration.
  • Proven track record of providing high-level support to senior executives.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare processes and billing procedures.
  • Proficiency in various software applications, including Google suite and Microsoft Office.
