Job Title: Court Operations Manager

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding leadership role that requires strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. As the Court Operations Manager, you will oversee statewide administrative functions, including service and execution tasks, sale of land coordination, and contact centre operations.

You will lead and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional client services aligned with business plans and Public Sector Management guidelines. This includes allocating resources effectively, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring work is completed to a high standard within required timeframes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead change management initiatives, implement new policies and procedures, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  2. Work with senior leaders and other business units to promote a client-first culture and provide operational advice and reporting.
  3. Maintain accurate records, oversee financial and administrative processes, and promote a safe, ethical, and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A good understanding of legal principles and processes and the NSW court system.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business improvement and innovation.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving policies and procedures and maintain accuracy and compliance in all aspects of the role.
