Transforming Data for Court Operations

The Court is seeking a Legal Operations Data Specialist to optimize data management and analysis, supporting the court's strategic goals. This role plays a pivotal part in driving operational efficiency through high-quality data insights.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering regular reports on Court workload to senior stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Analyzing data to provide actionable insights, identifying trends in filings across the Court and National Practice Areas.
  • Developing and delivering reports and presentations for internal and external engagements, showcasing expertise in data storytelling.
  • Maintaining the accuracy of information entered in reporting tools and systems, upholding data integrity.

Requirements include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in data reporting and analysis, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with data governance principles is also desirable.
