We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Educational Leader to join our management team at Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and services provided to children at our childcare center.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children aged birth to 5 years.
- Lead and manage a team of educators, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent educational outcomes.
- Collaborate with the service management team to achieve business objectives and improve service quality.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated with sector changes and best practices.
- Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent/higher qualification as recognized by ACECQA).
- Current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.
- First Aid Certificate, including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
- Australian Work Rights.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standard.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with educators, families, and external agencies.
- Experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating high-quality educational programs.
- Demonstrated capacity to reflect on practices, seek feedback, and engage in ongoing professional learning.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with families, children, colleagues, and the broader community.
