About the Role

This is a critical position that requires strong communication and analytical skills. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as conducting business analysis tasks to present reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and manage support email and phone inquiries to assist customers
  • Provide quotes and respond to customer service requests in a timely manner
  • Handle customer and supplier issues, including lost in transit and damaged events
  • Complete supplier invoice validation and customer invoice costing
  • Manage and create invoice validation spreadsheets
  • Handle operational SOP management and maintain, update, and create as required
  • Manage returns process and exception code recording
  • Credit creation and recording
  • Generate monthly KPI reports
  • Rate file management and analysis
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within Transport and Logistics
  • Intermediate to high level of competency using Excel, including Pivot Tables and formulas
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Exceptional communication skills for over the phone and email communication
  • Ability to input data to a high level to ensure accurate reports
  • Proven experience using Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks
  • High degree of accountability and attention to detail
