Lead a Team in Mental Health Services

This is a key leadership role within a mental health team.

The successful candidate will lead and deliver exceptional services to ensure excellent clinical outcomes and patient experience. As a senior leader, you will provide management and supervision to a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and facilitate training, professional development, and supervision for clinical team members.

You will work collaboratively with psychiatrists, allied health/nursing clinicians, and leaders to deliver therapeutic services to patients with a broad range of psychopathology. This includes psychoeducation and skills-based sessions, as well as group facilitation within therapeutic frameworks.

To be considered for this role, you should possess appropriate recognised qualifications in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or Mental Health Nursing, as well as significant experience in the mental health sector.

A high level of computer literacy skills and extensive experience delivering a wide range of therapeutic modalities are essential.
