About the Role:

  • Create visually appealing graphics, web designs, and marketing materials that effectively communicate our message across social media, website, and event promotion.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to understand project objectives and align designs with audience needs, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Develop and maintain visual branding guidelines for Aussie Founders Club, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with current design trends, best practices, and platform specifications to deliver high-quality content that meets user experience and accessibility standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital design, whether through coursework, internships, or personal projects, showcasing a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent software.
  • A solid understanding of typography, color theory, and basic design principles, with a focus on creating visually stunning and effective designs.
  • Familiarity with current design trends and best practices in digital graphics, as well as a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
