Digital Content Coordinator Role at Hudson Australia

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Creator to join our team in developing and elevating our digital communications across various platforms.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who excels in content production, strategy development, and social media activation. As a Digital Content Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating high-quality videos, photography, and engaging copy that resonates with our audience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Content Production: Developing and overseeing the creation of versatile content that meets our brand standards.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborating with our team to develop relevant strategies across brand, communications, marketing, and event activation.
  • Social Media Activation: Implementing a cohesive digital content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Spontaneous Content Creation: Capturing and sharing unplanned moments that connect with our community.
  • Asset Management: Organising, maintaining, and labelling a library of digital assets for efficient access and retrieval.
  • Impact Stories: Crafting engaging participant stories and impact narratives that inspire our supporters.
  • Collaboration with Ad Partners: Working closely with our marketing leads and external ad agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and visual alignment between organic and paid content.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Social Media Platform Expertise: Skilled in managing and creating content for various social media platforms.
  • Content Creation Tools: Proficient in using Canva and familiar with video editing software (such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or others).
  • Performance Analysis: Experienced in utilising analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta, Data Studio or others) to assess and optimise performance across channels.
  • AI-Enhanced Content Generation: Familiarity with AI-powered writing tools to generate ideas, refine copy, and adapt tone and style to align with our brand voice.
  • Versatile Skill Set: Strengths and experience across various content applications (including visual storytelling, video, graphic design and others).
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

  • Graphic Design and Video Editing Skills: Essential qualifications in graphic design and video editing, enabling a multimedia approach to content creation.
  • Strong Copywriting Skills: Preferred qualification in strong copywriting skills.
  • Experience Required: 5+ years in similar roles.
