Job Title: Critical Role Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Trainer to join our Amazon Australia team. As a Critical Role Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training to our new and existing associate workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deliver, and assess a range of training programs for warehouse team members, including forklift and order picker operations.
  • Perform data entry, including creating, entering, and updating training rosters.
  • Lead and support Ambassadors in their roles, delivering training and coaching to associates.
  • Evaluate and monitor training efforts throughout the Fulfillment Center.
  • Ability to learn processes quickly and become a subject matter expert in new processes.
  • Problem-solving responsibilities, reacting quickly and productively to resolve specific problems.
  • Ensure compliance with audits and refresher/one point change training.
  • Complete all standard work and assigned tasks on time and to standard expectation.
  • Ensure area readiness and organization for all Learning areas and training locations.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • High school or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
