We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Trainer to join our Amazon Australia team. As a Critical Role Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training to our new and existing associate workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, deliver, and assess a range of training programs for warehouse team members, including forklift and order picker operations.
- Perform data entry, including creating, entering, and updating training rosters.
- Lead and support Ambassadors in their roles, delivering training and coaching to associates.
- Evaluate and monitor training efforts throughout the Fulfillment Center.
- Ability to learn processes quickly and become a subject matter expert in new processes.
- Problem-solving responsibilities, reacting quickly and productively to resolve specific problems.
- Ensure compliance with audits and refresher/one point change training.
- Complete all standard work and assigned tasks on time and to standard expectation.
- Ensure area readiness and organization for all Learning areas and training locations.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- High school or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
