  • Strong experience in IT Managed Services, operations, and technical leadership
  • Track record of leading client onboarding, transitions, and service improvements
  • Good knowledge of systems and network engineering (Windows Server, Azure, Office 365, VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, SCCM, ServiceNow)
  • Skilled in ITIL, change management, and working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to solve problems and stay calm under pressure
