Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to play a vital role in promoting the dignity and well-being of older adults in their own homes.

This exciting opportunity involves assessing, planning, and delivering individualized/group physiotherapy services to improve clients' physical function and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and functional abilities to identify their needs and goals.
  • Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans based on clients' preferences and requirements.
  • Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to address mobility issues, pain management, and age-related conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records, exercise sheets, assessment reports, and progress notes that reflect clients' physical function.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support clients and families in maintaining independence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Post Graduate Degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage all aspects of compliance and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience working with multidisciplinary teams and knowledge of health, aged, and disability services.
