Project Support Specialist for Vulnerable Families

The Integrated Family Services Worker Project Support role involves providing assistance to vulnerable children, young people and their families through case management and group work.
The program supports individuals who are dealing with complex issues such as drug and alcohol abuse, family violence, mental health concerns, homelessness and cycles of disadvantage and poverty resulting in chronic neglect and cumulative harm.
In this position, you will be required to work towards targets, complete monitoring and manage sensitive personal data. Experience of working in partnership with other professionals and/or agencies is also essential.
Tertiary qualifications in human services, welfare or social work are necessary, as well as a valid driver's license.
