Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Parts Sales Associate to join our team at Purely Recruitment Solutions. As a Parts Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our parts department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to customers in person and over the phone, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring that all parts are properly stocked and easily accessible to customers.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all parts are delivered to customers on time.
  • Stock Control: Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure that all parts are accurately accounted for and that any discrepancies are promptly addressed.
  • Warranty and Returns: Process and manage warranty claims and returns, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and that customers are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 1+ years of experience in a parts sales or inventory management role, preferably in a dealership or similar environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer software and systems, including dealer management systems.
