The role: where leadership meets community

• Lead the daily operations of Golden Ponds, ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and proud to call it home.
• Deliver on the Village Improvement Plan, driving continuous growth and improvement.
• Build strong relationships with residents, committees, families, contractors, and the local community.
• Manage budgets and financial performance to keep the village sustainable and thriving.
• Champion compliance, safety, and wellbeing, ensuring the highest standards across the community.
• Inspire and develop your team, helping them deliver outstanding service and care.

About you

You're a natural leader who thrives on building relationships and creating meaningful experiences. You'll bring:

• Experience in retirement living, property/facility management, hospitality, or a related service industry.
• Strong people leadership skills with a focus on empathy, resilience, and communication.
• Solid knowledge of budget management, compliance, and work health & safety.
• Confidence with technology and systems to support daily operations and reporting.
• A genuine passion for helping people live well, with the ability to balance resident needs and business goals.
