Job Description:

As a seasoned recruitment professional, you will be responsible for partnering with our leaders to understand their talent needs. Your expertise in end-to-end recruitment will enable you to create tailored solutions and source top talent across a range of positions.

You will play a critical role in implementing new or improved recruitment strategies, driving down agency spend, and focusing on direct recruitment. This includes international recruitment and supporting the talent team with projects such as EVP, benefits programs, and volunteer initiatives.

Our ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, and possesses impeccable written and verbal communication skills. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, building positive relationships and contributing to the implementation of efficient and streamlined recruitment systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a background in handling competing priorities
  • Passion for people, strong brand advocacy, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with bulk recruitment and knowledge of People and Culture facets
