About the Role
  • Advising on various regulatory issues, including licensing and other matters pivotal to our growth across the region and globally.
  • Drafting and reviewing strategic plans and submissions to regulatory authorities, responding to regulatory enquiries, and shaping our long-term regulatory strategy.
  • Developing and managing our APAC legal and compliance programme and ongoing regulatory strategy.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current laws relevant to your area to provide strategic advice and foster compliance.
Your Skills & Qualifications
  • Admitted to practice in one or more relevant jurisdictions; candidates from other common law jurisdictions are also considered.
  • 5–8 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Prior in-house experience at crypto exchanges or fintech companies is highly preferred.
  • The role involves non-contentious work; however, candidates with a background in contentious and disputes are welcome to apply.
