Blockchain Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Analyst to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions.

  • The successful candidate will assist with various assignments, including complex investigations, data analysis, and training other analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations into cases referred by our Compliance Program;
  • Develop and maintain proficiency in all aspects of BSA/AML compliance;
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources to produce comprehensive analysis reports;
  • Provide expert training and support to other analysts on the U.S. Financial Crimes Team;
  • Maintain knowledge of evolving blockchain technology and regulatory requirements;
  • Attend BSA training sessions as assigned by the Compliance Officer;
Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in blockchain-based investigations, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience;
  • In-depth knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and their application;
  • Proven ability to conduct complex investigations and analyze large datasets;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders;
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Relevant certifications or coursework in blockchain technology and compliance;
  • Experience conducting open-source research and OSINT;
  • Familiarity with the modus operandi of threat actors operating in the cryptocurrency space;
  • Proficiency in a second language.
