Classical Music Programming Leader for ABC

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Director to lead our classical and jazz music programming at ABC.
The successful candidate will have a deep passion for classical and jazz music, along with excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate our team of creative professionals.
Key responsibilities include managing daily content, providing talent management direction, overseeing station sound and campaigns, contributing to budget planning, and building a motivated team.
Responsibilities- Manage and deliver outstanding original content that resonates with our diverse audience.
- Provide high-level guidance to create compelling and innovative content showcasing classical and jazz music.
- Oversee the overall station sound and campaigns, including promos and imaging.
- Contribute to budget planning as part of the leadership team.
- Build and develop an inclusive, creative, capable, and motivated team.

- The professionalism and energy to deliver innovative solutions.
- A proven track record in radio and cross-platform construction.

Included salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
