Senior Medical Research Associate

Clinical Laboratory Scientists play a vital role in the discovery, development and commercialization of high-value healthcare solutions for transplant patients.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of personal health information (PHI).
Key Responsibilities- Analyze test results, prepare reports and maintain records of test results.
- Accession samples into the laboratory information management system (LIMS) to facilitate sample throughput.
- Maintain confidentiality of personal health information (PHI).
- Identify problems that may affect test performance or results and correct them following established protocols.
- Participate in drafting and developing standard operating procedures for tasks in which proficiency has been demonstrated.
- California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license.
- BS/BA in a biology-related science.
- At least 6 years of experience performing high-complexity testing in a clinical laboratory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, including working with databases and Excel.
The anticipated base salary range is $60-$65/hr for candidates who will work in Brisbane, AU. A competitive compensation package will be offered based on several factors, including but not limited to type and length of experience, education, etc.
