
Business Development Administration Assistant

Key Responsibilities:- Greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
- Assisting with staff and visitor inductions
- Performing daily office tasks, including scanning, filing, mail, and banking
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining reception areas
- Providing friendly customer service in person and over the phone
- Assisting with accounts payable/receivable tasks as required
- Completing various administrative tasks as needed
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and intermediate computer skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to completing a 12-month business traineeship
- A paid full-time traineeship with potential for permanent role advancement
