Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the lifecycle of SAP EAM implementation projects, encompassing assessment, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, perform gap analysis, and map business processes to SAP EAM functionalities.
  • Implement and optimize enterprise asset management processes such as preventive maintenance, planned maintenance, maintenance order management, spare parts management, work clearance, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Integrate SAP EAM with other modules like Finance, Materials Management (MM), Customer Service (CS), and external systems including GIS, qTrac, NSM and scheduling tools.
  • Utilize SAP S/4HANA, FIORI apps, and Intelligent Asset Management technologies including IoT, Analytics, AI, and Predictive Maintenance to facilitate digital transformation in asset-intensive organizations.
  • Develop functional specifications, process design documents, training materials, and support documentation.
  • Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot production issues related to SAP EAM.
  • Lead workshops, blueprinting sessions, and client engagements to ensure alignment of SAP solutions with strategic goals.
  • Initiate innovation by adopting new technologies and cloud solutions within the SAP EAM landscape.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management modules, including hands-on implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EAM, FIORI, spare parts management & its integration with non-SAP applications.
  • Expertise in asset-intensive industries such as utilities, manufacturing, Telco.
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with clients and technical teams.
  • Experience with SAP integration points and enhancements (RICEFW objects).
  • Skills in requirement gathering, business process mapping, gap analysis, and testing.
  • Familiarity with cloud deployments and digital asset management innovations is advantageous.
