Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a senior financial management position within our organisation in Launceston.

This is a newly created role that offers excellent autonomy and a genuine opportunity to make a significant impact.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quarterly management accounts, providing financial inputs and narrative for reporting purposes, maintaining and updating long-range cash flow forecasts, managing payments and drawdowns in line with legal agreements, and supporting planning, analysis and performance reporting projects.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience preparing management accounts and financial reports
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting standards (qualified or QBE)
  • Advanced Excel skills and good Xero knowledge
  • Collaborative, proactive mindset
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly with non-finance teams
