Sales Growth Specialist

The role of a Field Based Account Manager is crucial in developing strong customer relationships and driving sales strategies to enhance our market presence.
This dynamic individual will achieve agreed sales goals for the Medical Aesthetics range of products through the delivery of account management plans, product support and direction in clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts within the facial aesthetics market
- Analyse sales data, customer segmentation information and market intelligence to conduct regular account plan reviews
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve/exceed account management objectives and sales targets
- E nsure account plans are aligned with cycle marketing strategy and promotional programs to drive rapid uptake within accounts
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in account management planning methodology including stakeholder mapping, sales data analysis and account prioritization and the sales cycle
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in a medical device or specialty representative selling role working within the medical device/pharmaceutical industry
