Performance Test Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Analyst to join our team. As a Performance Test Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and executing performance tests to ensure the scalability and reliability of our systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in performance testing, including full test life cycle - requirements review and analysis, performance script preparation, test execution and incident management. They will also have expertise in technical implementations and issues across performance, as well as use of performance testing tools such as LoadRunner.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate and co-ordinate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in training and knowledge transfer is also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute performance tests to ensure system scalability and reliability
  • Develop and maintain performance scripts using LoadRunner
  • Conduct thorough analysis of performance data and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize performance testing needs
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in performance testing, including full test life cycle
  • Expertise in technical implementations and issues across performance
  • Use of performance testing tools such as LoadRunner
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate and co-ordinate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
