We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Robert Plumb Build North team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of residential construction projects in Northern NSW.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full lifecycle of each project, from tender and planning to completion.
  • Ensuring contract terms are fully executed, monitoring project progress against the contract program.
  • Working closely with and providing assistance to the Site Foreman and on-site teams as required.
  • Developing strong working relationships with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors.
  • Identifying critical decisions and project milestones, providing timely direction to key stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the development and ongoing management of the project program.
  • Monitoring and controlling the project budget, including cost reporting, forecasting, and invoicing.
  • Managing the procurement of trades and suppliers throughout the project, utilizing procurement schedules when necessary.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with all project stakeholders, including the site team, client, architect, subconsultant, contractors, and the community.
  • Updating and maintaining effective records in the project management system - IPM.
  • Facilitating continuous project risk assessment.
  • Providing project reporting as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Construction Management or Project Management Qualification / Bachelor or Masters of Architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role in residential construction, project management, or contract administration.
  • Experience using project management software and Microsoft Office (e.g., Buildertrend, IPM, Project, Excel).
  • Driver's license and own vehicle.
  • White card.
