As a Support Worker, you will provide personalized assistance under direct supervision, enhancing the wellbeing of our residents and enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

You will enjoy working within our social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customized support, supervision, and physical assistance for daily activities
  • Offer skincare, oral hygiene, and grooming to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the team, with our customers, and family members
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and policies to ensure the safety of yourself and our residents
  • Deliver meaningful experiences that enable our residents to thrive

About You:

  • You will embody our core values: Bold, Warm, and Honest
  • Be able to demonstrate empathy and deliver excellent care for your customers
  • Currently studying and due to complete a relevant qualification (e.g., Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate III/IV in Disability)
  • A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering real 'care' to residents
  • Willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successful
  • Fully vaccinated for Influenza (or willing to obtain) and COVID-19 (2 doses)
