We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the pool industry, or as a pool service technician, and possess excellent communication, organisational skills, and a friendly 'can do' attitude.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, including but not limited to, pool maintenance, equipment repairs, and customer interactions;">
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations;">
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention;">
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives;">
  • Identify and address any operational issues, providing solutions to ensure continuous improvement.">

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the pool industry;">
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills;">
  • Australian driver's license;">
  • Ability to lift 20kg products;">
  • Full training will be provided for the right candidate.">
