Integration Platform Administrator Role

The MuleSoft Any-point Platform is responsible for managing and optimizing integration across various education systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and manage MuleSoft ESB and Any-point Platform components to ensure seamless system performance and availability.
  • Monitor system performance, security, and troubleshoot integration and platform issues in a timely manner.
  • Implement and maintain robust security protocols and access controls to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to deploy MuleSoft applications efficiently.
  • Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures to prevent data loss.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, updates, and troubleshooting to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Stay current with the latest MuleSoft updates and best practices to enhance technical skills.
  • Provide expert technical support and training to internal stakeholders to improve their understanding of MuleSoft technology.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Integration Platform Administrator or similar role is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Any-point Platform, ESB, and API management is required.
  • Familiarity with SOA design principles and middleware technologies is beneficial.
  • Understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security configurations is crucial.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect or Developer) are highly valued.
  • Experience working in government or education sectors is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and agile methodologies is beneficial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and possess strong documentation and organizational skills is essential.
