Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Retail Service Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving sales growth, and developing a high-performing team.

About the Role

You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, develop strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction, and lead by example to inspire your team to excellence. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a proven ability to retain customers, sell effectively, and resolve complaints.
  • A supportive collaborator with experience in leading, training, coaching, and developing team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with stock monitoring and control, particularly in managing high volumes of stock and heavy goods.
  • Visual merchandising experience, including following guidelines and expectations.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks, and expectations.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and late trading hours according to business needs and peak trade periods.
  • Accountable and reliable individual quick to take ownership and responsibility.
