Job Title: Procurement & Inventory Management Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our procurement and inventory management efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in supply chain management or inventory management.

  • A strong background in logistics, procurement, and inventory control is essential for this role.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with warehouse staff and loan set coordinators to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • They will also need to liaise with customers to finalize case usage and billing, as well as communicate with suppliers to manage goods ordering.
  • Raising purchase orders and invoices, checking invoices and receipting of incoming goods are all key responsibilities for this position.
  • This role requires close collaboration with the Director and Clinical Director to manage demand planning and stock level maintenance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They must also be able to maintain accurate records and data entry, with a focus on attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory reconciliation and stocktaking.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot client issues and ensure timely resolution.
  3. Accurate data entry and clerical tasks with extraordinary attention to detail.
  4. Ensure all process and documents are managed as directed in the QMS.
