Our business partner is seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator / Project Engineer to work on new build luxury residential projects.
Job Summary:
As a key member of our client's team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining high-quality, efficiency, and safety standards on site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Issue drawings, scope of works, and specifications for contract works
* Prepare comparison sheets of multiple quotes and trade letting recommendations
* Prepare budget forecasts and cash flow reports
* Assist the Project Manager with matters relating to project costs reports
* Liaise with architects, engineers, and other relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
* Relevant tertiary education/qualification
* Strong track record in a similar role working with a Tier 2 or 3 Residential Construction Company
* Must have local Australian experience working on new-build residential projects valued up to $50M
* Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
