Job Title

A Senior Leadership Role with a Cloud Engineering Focus.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and nurture a high-performing team of AWS-focused platform engineers.
  • Oversee the growth, coaching, and performance management of direct reports.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and on-call responsibilities across production and non-production environments.
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement within the engineering teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Effective leadership experience in managing multiple squads and geographically distributed teams.
  • Deep technical expertise in AWS, including hands-on experience with platform operations and service delivery.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Terraform, AWS CDK, and bash scripting.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop engineering talent through structured performance management.
  • Alignment of engineering capabilities with product needs in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience in driving automation, embedding SRE principles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
