We are looking for a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our cloud platforms.
This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. If you have experience with cloud computing, software development, and infrastructure engineering, we want to hear from you.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including cloud migration, DevOps, and security. You will be part of a global team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain cloud platforms using scalable and secure architectures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems and improve overall system reliability
- Develop and implement monitoring tools and systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cloud computing and site reliability engineering
Required Skills:
- 7 years of combined experience in SRE, software development, or infrastructure engineering (4 years with an advanced degree in Computer Science or related technical field)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining cloud platforms on major cloud service providers
- Strong experience in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining highly scalable and resilient Data Services platforms
- Proficiency in implementing CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Git and Jenkins
- Advanced knowledge of networking (firewalls, DNS, Load Balancing, Proxies, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Desired Skills:
- Strong experience working with complex IAM infrastructure
- Proficiency in creating automation using Python, Terraform, or Ansible
- Experience with containerization technologies such as EC2, EKS, Fargate, Openshift, or Kubernetes
- Understanding of cost management, inventory management, and FinOps models
