Resident Care Specialist

This role involves providing high-quality personal and social care to residents in a supportive environment.
You will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, maintaining records of care provided and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
The successful candidate will have a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Personal Care: Assist with activities such as showering, dressing, toileting and grooming while maintaining the dignity and privacy of each resident.
- Mobility support: Help residents with walking, using mobility aids or transferring between positions.
- Monitoring health: Observe and report any changes in the resident's health or behavior.
- Meal assistance: Support residents with dietary requirements and assist them with eating.
- Maintaining records: Keep accurate records of care provided, observations and changes in the resident's condition.
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
