The Role

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Educator to become an integral part of our team, dedicated to providing high-quality education and care. This position is ideal for professionals who are enthusiastic about early childhood education and are eager to enhance our already outstanding educational framework. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Building meaningful relationships with children in the center
  • Designing and implementing the Children's Program in alignment with Early Years Learning Framework guidelines

  • Communicating effectively with families regarding daily activities
  • Maintaining detailed observations and records of each child's development

Essential Qualifications

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent recognized by ACECQA)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team

  • Experience in Montessori education is preferred, though extensive training will be provided
