Senior Administrative Lead

This is a unique opportunity to lead a diverse corporate support function, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic projects and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing effective systems for human resource management, marketing, communications, governance, and information and records management.
  • Ensuring the timely completion of strategic projects in ICT and operational areas.
  • Designing and leading change management activities to promote best practice within the organization.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and promoting ongoing development.
  • Deputising for senior executives as required.

Applicants should possess excellent leadership skills, be able to manage complex situations effectively, have extensive experience in managing corporate functions, and possess strong communication skills. They should also be motivated by the prospect of contributing to the transformation of the organisation.
