The Training Manager - Operations position involves identifying training needs, designing and coordinating training programs, and assessing their effectiveness to guarantee compliance with health, safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences consistently.

The ideal candidate should possess relevant qualifications and experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced complex environment. They should also be familiar with managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), content development systems, and various training tools, models, and systems efficiently.

Additionally, they must have excellent communication skills, advanced presentation skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, understanding different learning styles effectively.
