At St Louis on Sea, a luxury home in Victor Harbor, we are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for individuals who will work under the guidance of our Dementia Care Specialist and be part of a client-focused team. As a Support Worker, you will engage with clients in daily living activities such as personal care, domestic duties, meals, social activities, and community participation.

We encourage applicants with flexibility to work night shifts to apply.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A person-centred approach to support clients in their daily lives
  • Experience working with people with dementia or disability who may exhibit complex behaviours is an advantage
  • Reliability and adaptability to work across various shifts

Essential Requirements:

  • Covid-19 and Flu 2024 Vaccination and ongoing boosters are mandatory
  • National Police Clearance (issued within the past 2 years)
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
