The Team Experience team is guided by three pillars of success: Culture, Performance and Wellbeing. As an HR Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of driving these pillars forward, collaborating closely with managers and team members alike to provide strategic guidance, resolve complex IR issues, and implement innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic HR guidance to managers and team members to drive business outcomes and improve team member experience.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive culture, improve performance, and enhance wellbeing.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's vision and values.
- Provide expert advice on employment law, HR best practices, and internal people policies to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including managers, team members, and external partners.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Proven experience in HR, preferably in a business partner or advisory role.
- Tertiary education in HR, Business, Law, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of Australia's employment law framework, HR best practices, and internal people policies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with people from all walks of life.
- Confidence in communicating, with the ability to articulate complex information to varied audiences.
- Business acumen, with the ability to provide logical advice using a commercial mindset.
- Sense of humour - non negotiable.
