As a Business Analyst in the Cyber Security Program, you will play a critical role in delivering initiatives that enhance the security of our airport collaboration decision making, digital twin, digital services platform, and IT service management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive information, analysis, and reporting to assist the wider organisation in reaching its objectives.
- Interpret business problems and recommend solutions to those problems.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Minimum 5 years' experience working in business and/or technical analysis in a Portfolio or Program Management Office or large transformation program, across agile and waterfall methodology.
- Experience in documenting requirements from user to functional/nonfunctional level.
- Experience in preparing statement of work for commercial purposes (procurement and contract).
- Experience with frameworks such as Six Sigma, Lean Management, PMBOK, PRINCE2, P3M3, Prosci, ITIL, and BABOK.
- Experience in Information Security Management (ISM) and the Essential Eight cybersecurity strategies.
- Experience implementing the ACSC Essential 8 mitigation strategies.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
