This highly skilled Drupal expert will play a pivotal role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing the performance of our company's websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in PHP, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, MySQL, and Drupal core modules
  • Strong experience in responsive web design, design systems, and WCAG 2.1/2.2 compliant websites
  • Optimizing Drupal websites for speed and security to ensure seamless user experiences
  • Troubleshooting complex website issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve them efficiently
  • Advanced site building experience, including deep familiarity with Drupal modules, themes, views, and permissions
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining functional and technical specifications, as well as technical design documents
  • Experience with version control processes and integrating Drupal with third-party services and APIs, such as payment gateways and document management systems
  • Current knowledge of web standards, digital service design best practices, key trends, and usability issues

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in local government or large corporate organizations is desirable but not required
  • A relevant diploma or undergraduate degree and experience, or extensive relevant IT, Computer Science, or Web Programming experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or training
  • Experience integrating payment gateways and using records management tools, such as Content Manager - CM9 or SharePoint
  • At least 7+ years of practical experience in web development, specifically in the Drupal environment
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, programming, testing, and upgrading websites according to specification

The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
