Established in Perth, a leading multi-building services contractor is seeking a skilled Mechanical Electrical Project Delivery Specialist. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering major projects across various sectors, including commercial, healthcare, retail, education, and defence.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with tier 1 mechanical contractors, specifically on the delivery of mechanical electrical packages. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Project Planning: Developing and implementing project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Procurement Management: Coordinating the procurement of labor and materials to meet project requirements.
  • Site Logistics: Overseeing site logistics and coordination to optimize project efficiency.
  • Clash Detection: Identifying and mitigating potential clashes to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and supervising a team of electricians and other personnel to achieve project goals.
  • Client Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Commercial Management: Managing project finances and resources to meet budget targets.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent Mechanical Electrical Knowledge: A deep understanding of mechanical electrical systems and their application in construction projects.
  • Switchboard Expertise: Proficiency in switchboard design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Large Site Experience: Proven ability to work on large-scale construction sites, managing multiple teams and resources.
  • Clash Detection Strategies: Familiarity with clash detection techniques and tools to minimize project delays.
  • Australian Standards: In-depth knowledge of Australian building standards and regulations.
  • CCTV and Access Control: Understanding of security systems, including CCTV and access control protocols (not essential).
